Tompkins Community Action received $2.7 million in funding from New York’s Office of Temporary and Disability Assistance to build 14 new units of homeless housing in Ithaca. TCA announced plans to develop The Magnolia House, a new housing development for homeless women. Magnolia House will offer programming to help homeless women land on their feet by giving them housing and support services that focus on building life skills
